Got my truck towed in under one hour. Super fast and friendly. Driver was super nice and waited for me as well. I did reach out early in the morning and was hopeful to find something reliable and reasonable but they exceeded my expectations for sure. Thank you again!! The price was very very reasonable too.

  just had car towed. name says it all. insurance company gonna give me the run around. he came and took my car to where it needed to be even though insurance company cancelled my work order for him. thank you haseeb. highly recommend.

  We first tried going through our insurance roadside assistance when our truck broke and we needed a tow but after waiting an hour and a half, the original tow company called and said it would be another two hour wait. Then we struggled trying to get our insurance to send out another tow truck so eventually I just decided to go to yelp and find a place to call directly. By this point it was 9:30pm and after I sent a quote request out to 4 companies, Fast and Easy was the only one that replied (almost immediately) with a flat rate quote and a one hour time estimate. We actually expected them to take longer than an hour based on the other company but instead, Alex actually showed up 10 minutes early. He was very helpful and friendly. I think our issue was a little tricky since the shifter was not moveable to put the truck into neutral so Alex had to go under the truck and do additional work to do it manually. We also have a large, lifted truck but he handled everything smoothly and with great care. Thanks Alex and team for your help!

Got a flat from a pothole on 880 at around 11:30pm and luckily was able to pull over and exit to safety to get the car towed in the morning.

  My car needed to be towed to the mechanic from Dublin to Walnut Creek. I put a request out on yelp and Fast and Easy called me back right away. They were at my house in two hours, and the price was reasonable. The driver was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.

My brother and his family went on vacation, I thought I be nice and park his car inside my garage.
I parked my car outside, across the street from my house ONE TIME! ONE TIME I DIDN'T PARK inside my garage, some drunk idiot hits my car.
It was a extremely hectic night with multiple hits (8 other cars included).
Had to call my insurance, ask for a tow to take my car to my choice of auto shop (Sunday morning)
Called at 7:30am, my car got towed at 9am, arrived at my house 5 mins earlier than time stated. AWESOME!
Rollaham (if I remember that's his name), did his job promptly.
Took a lot of photos and videos, as his company policy.
He did a great job hooking my car safely and securely.
And drove it away.

  Amazing customer service, and the driver goes above and beyond in accommodating our needs. Normally, in the past, towing companies try to quickly get the job done and go on to the next appointment, but these guys truly care, and I couldn't thank them enough.   I had an all around great experience with Fast & Easy Towing. Everyone I spoke to was kind and easy to talk to. Price was great.

My only issue was that they towed my vehicle over the bridge and I received a bill for the bridge toll, and was not told that it was towed over the bridge which tags license plates for billing like all others in the Bay.

I would highly recommend them to all others.
